We are a company specializing in custom cabinetry, both residential and commercial. We have an immediate opening for a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy candidate, as an administrative assistant, to add to our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to pay close attention to detail, multi-task, be friendly and professional, can work independently or as a team, well organized, have strong problem solving skills, and excellent customer service skills.
In this crucial “go to” position you will be required to process all incoming invoices, process timecards, respond to vendor inquires on invoices and payments, answer incoming phone calls, retrieve and distribute all incoming mail, process outgoing mail, greet all customers and vendors at the door, sort faxes and emails, log work orders, enter new job numbers, order, receive and check-in job materials, maintain end-of-month sales reports, ledgers and journals, and do other various task as needed.
The Ideal candidate will have some experience in office work, administrative assistance, accounting, accounts payable, or any related field. Experience in Excel is a plus, but not required. Training will be given to the right candidate.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Full benefit package after 90 days.
Industrial Maintenance Technician
As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs for maintenance on all the equipment on site, including but not limited to, forklifts, trailers, and vehicles. Successful candidates will be able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders, and be able to work in conjunction with the plant manager and other staff to maximize machine performance and improvements. They will also be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance as well as be expected to order and retrieve all equipment and parts needed to fix the equipment. The successful candidate will be committed to maintain a safe work environment, recognize problems and have them corrected immediately. They will also have a comprehensive understanding and ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. We are also looking for someone who will display ongoing personal development, including staying up to date on current maintenance techniques, and someone who has the ability to observe, diagnose, and implement a corrective action with little or no supervision. We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in staining, painting, and/or finishing cabinets. This job involves applying shading and top coats to achieve desired color. It also involves prepping surfaces to be finished and maintaining equipment and spray booths. Experience operating a spray gun and color matching is required.
