PREMIUM SLAB PANEL

1.   Frameless

Ends are 5/8″ particle board 2-sided melamine with 1 mm edge banding. 

2.   Tops & Bottoms 

Top and bottom panels are 5/8″ thick particle board 2-sided melamine. Tops and bottoms are dadoed into the end panels. 

3.   Toe Kicks 

Toe kicks shall be 5/8″ thick x 4″ tall particle board 2-sided melamine 

4.   End Panels 

End panels are 5/8″ thick particle board 2-sided melamine. 

5.   Adjustable Shelves 

Adjustable shelves are 3/4″ thick particle board melamine. 

6.   Back Panels 

Backs are 1/4″ thick particle board 1-sided melamine. Backs are routed into End Panels, Bottoms, and Top Rear Stretcher. 

7.   Shelf Clips

Shelf clips are 5 mm bore with a fluted plastic 3/8″ long stem and shelf lock mechanism. Shelved are adjustable on 2 1/2″ increments. 

8.   Doors 

Doors are 5/8″ melamine Premium Sabatini with 2 mm edge banding. 

9.   Hinges 

Hinges are fully concealed self closing, 110 degree opening.

10.   Drawer Boxes 

Drawer boxes have 5/8″ sides, 5/8″ ends cut from particle board 2-sided melamine and 1/4″ bottoms cut from MDF melamine. Joints are butted and doweled with the bottoms recessed 1/2″ and routed 1/4″ into sides and ends. Bottoms are glued to sides. 

11.   Drawer Glides 

Drawer slides are 3/4″ extension, 75-pound capacity, epoxy coated and side mounted. 

12.   Stretcher 

Stretchers are made from 5/8″ and 4″ wide particle board 2-sided melamine. 

13.   Nailer 

Nailers are made from 5/8″ and 4″ wide partical board 2-sided melamine.
